1About these Terms

1.1 Who we are. The Haus of Sir (the "Haus") is run by Sir Dominic Scott, a sole proprietor based in Glasgow, Scotland ("we", "us", "our").

1.2 What the Haus is. The Haus is an 18+ kink and hypnosis community for queer adults, built around the work of Sir Dominic Scott. It lives on Discord. thehausofsir.com (the "Website") explains the Haus, lets you verify your age, and sends you to the server.

1.3 Who these Terms apply to. These Terms apply to everyone who visits the Website, verifies, joins the server, or takes part in it in any way ("you").

1.4 The documents that apply.

  1. These Terms, including the Haus rules in section 4.
  2. Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which apply to everything you do on Discord.
  3. The terms of any paid service that gives you a role here, such as Goonbate™ on Patreon.
  4. The Privacy Policy at thehausofsir.com/privacy: how personal data is handled. It is information, not a contract term.

Where more than one sets a rule, you must follow all of them.

2Accepting these Terms

2.1 How you accept. You accept these Terms when you tick "I accept all The Haus of Sir rules" on the Website, when you verify, or when you join or take part in the server, whichever happens first.

2.2 If you do not agree. If you do not agree, do not join. If you stop agreeing, leave.

3Who can join

3.1 Age. You must be 18 or over, and at least the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Everyone verifies before they can see the server. Verification asks for your date of birth.

3.2 Where you are. Adult material must be legal for you to access where you are. It is your responsibility to check.

3.3 Honest answers. Everything you give when you verify must be true. Lying about your age is a serious breach.

3.4 Under 18. If you are under 18 you must not join. If we learn or reasonably believe that someone under 18 is in the Haus, we remove them at once.

3.5 One person, one account. Your account is for you alone. Do not share it, and do not use extra accounts to get round a rule, a role or a removal.

4The Haus rules

The Haus rules are part of these Terms. They are also posted in the server. If the posted version and this page differ, the stricter one applies.

The Golden Rule

If Sir's work, his content, his expression, his presence or his tone, offends, unsettles or discomforts you, the right response is to leave, not to correct him. Sir is not here to negotiate his tone, dilute his impact or manage your emotional response to his work. His content may provoke, disturb or seem unreasonable. That is deliberate. Everyone engaging with his work is solely responsible for their own interpretations and reactions. Taking part is voluntary. Staying means accepting full responsibility for yourself, psychologically, emotionally and behaviourally.

Rule 1. This is a queer space. The Haus is proudly, unapologetically queer. Trans, non-binary, genderfluid, LGBTQ+ and marginalised members are not just welcome, they are a fundamental part of what makes this community worth being in. Their identity is not tolerated here, it is celebrated. This is also a space to explore, express and be fully yourself, kinks and all. When mistakes are made, apologise sincerely, listen, learn and do better. Transphobia, homophobia, racism, anti-immigration statements, anti-queer statements, ableism or hate of any kind gets you removed, instantly and permanently.

Rule 2. What counts as hate speech. Your politics are your own, but there is a line, and it is not left against right. Movements built on stripping rights from trans people, queer people, immigrants, women or minorities are not treated as "an opinion" here. Advocating for them, joking in their voice or both-sidesing them gets you removed. The same goes for the quiet stuff: dog whistles, Nazi numeric symbols, "ironic" slurs, replacement rhetoric, coded usernames and memes that only work if you "know what they mean". Manosphere, red pill and alpha or sigma content, and the worldview where women are resources and men are owed, is a cheap counterfeit of real D/s. Do not bring it in, and do not post it to mock it either. Raceplay is a kink and stays in its own spaces, with boundaries agreed in advance between the people taking part. Racism is not a kink.

Rule 3. Be a real one. Pile-ons, cancel culture, vaguebooking, screenshot-and-post, clout-chasing and weaponised sensitivity are not tolerated. Welcome new people, hype each other up, check on someone who has gone quiet. Stirring drama, harassing members, policing kinks, forming cliques or side chats, bringing in outside disputes, performing allyship or moralising at other members gets you removed. If you have a problem with someone, say it to them or bring it to a mod.

Rule 4. Know your limits. People look out for each other here, but nobody here is a therapist, including Sir, and nobody has unlimited capacity to support others. Support in the Haus is peer support, not professional care. You remain responsible for your own wellbeing. If you are going through something serious, please reach out to a professional.

Rule 5. No kink shaming. Mocking, minimising or performing disgust at someone else's kink, even lightly, even as a joke, is not tolerated. Whatever you are here for is valid as long as it is legal and consensual. Never draw someone into a kink scene they have not agreed to.

Rule 6. FinDom runs one way. FinDom here goes toward Sir, full stop. Using the Haus to tribute other doms, recruit subs or run FinDom that has nothing to do with Sir means immediate removal, however it is framed.

Rule 7. Content guidelines. Zero tolerance for anything that causes real-world harm or breaks the law, including: AI-generated or synthetic sexual content of real people, including deepfakes (drawn or animated adult characters are fine); racism, antisemitism, Islamophobia, extremist content, hate symbols, or anything targeting people for their identity, religion or ability; excessive gore or real-world violence; and discussion of drugs other than cannabis and psilocybin. Using any other drug on voice or on camera anywhere in the server means instant removal.

Rule 8. CSAM. Our definition is broader than the law's. If it sexualises a child, in any form, it is CSAM here: real material of any kind; AI-generated or synthetic images of minors; drawn, animated or cartoon content where the character is canonically under 18, however they are drawn, including lolicon and shotacon; and reaction content showing someone watching or responding to CSAM, even when the material itself is off screen. The result is immediate permanent removal, blacklisting across every Sir Dominic Scott service, and a report to the authorities. If you see it, report it to a mod. Do not download it, screenshot it or forward it, even to report it.

Rule 9. Banned creators. No content from the following, in any channel, in any form, including clips, screenshots or "look how bad this is" posts: Bambi Sleep, FatherMatthew (KnotOfPriapus), MNDFCK, GayGoonRyan, Austin Wolf, ffinalffantasy, InducedPriapism, Devin Franco, Alex Grant, Arad Winwin, Bonnie Blue, 'Pup Nyx'.

Rule 10. Other creators. Content from creators who hold the Haus of Sir VIP, Mod or Staff role is welcome if it fits the community's values, involves no banned creators, and is posted in the right channels. That includes links to their own paid pages. Rule 6 still applies.

Rule 11. Moderators. Mods exist to enforce the rules, prevent raids and keep the community safe. They are not a go-between for you and Sir, not customer service outside the support channels, and not mediators of personal disputes. Using them for any of that, including by direct message, is itself a breach. Every mod volunteers their time. Harassment, entitlement or pressure aimed at mods means immediate permanent removal and blacklisting across every Sir Dominic Scott service.

Rule 12. Bans. Bans are handled by Sir. If you have made a mistake, own it with an apology or a resolution. You can appeal a ban by emailing hello@sirdominic.scot. Some bans are permanent and are not reviewed: CSAM, hate, conduct that puts members at risk, and anything reported to the authorities.

Rule 13. Privacy. No doxxing. No sharing private conversations or direct messages. No exposing anyone's real name, location or personal details without their explicit consent. Exposure kinks, raceplay and harder content stay in the channels made for them. All kink activity involving other members needs explicit, enthusiastic, ongoing consent, and assumed consent is not consent. Sir's content, including audio, images, paid material and private messages, is not yours to share. If you see a privacy breach, report it at once, and do not engage with it, amplify it or keep a copy. Breaches mean immediate permanent removal.

Rule 14. Access is yours alone. Goonbate™, The Vault+ Liberated, your Discord roles and every access that comes with them are personal to you. Never share your Discord account, your logins or your access with anyone. Access across the Haus and Sir's services is monitored for sharing. Sharing access or trying to get round any control means immediate permanent removal and blacklisting across every Sir Dominic Scott service.

Rule 15. Voice channels. Voice channels are for connecting, chilling, gaming, gooning and being together, not a stage. When Sir or a mod is speaking, make room for them. In general channels, be present and considerate, do not hog the mic, and do not make it all about you.

Rule 16. Respect Sir's humanity. Sir is one person, not a machine or a service. His time and energy are finite. His content, especially anything with his image, voice or body, is shared on his terms. It is a privilege, not a right. Being a member or subscriber does not entitle you to his attention, availability or body. Consumption is not consent.

Rule 17. Protect the Haus. The Haus exists because of the people in it, its rules and what everyone brings to it. Being here means contributing to it, not only consuming it. Protect it.

5Sir's content

5.1 Ownership. Everything Sir Dominic Scott posts or shares, including audio, images, video, text and messages, is his and is protected by copyright. Goonbate™, Get Worse™ (UK registered trade mark UK00004091922), Haus of Sir™ and Sir Dominic Scott© are his names and marks.

5.2 What you may do. You may view and listen to it inside the Haus, for yourself. You must not download, save, record, share, post, sell, or reuse it anywhere else, or use it to train or build any AI or machine-learning model, unless Sir has given written permission. Leaking it is a breach of Rule 13, and may also infringe copyright and privacy law.

5.3 Where the law allows more. Nothing in these Terms stops you doing anything the law allows you to do with copyright material regardless of any contract.

6What you post

6.1 Yours. You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it, you let us host and show it in the Haus, and keep it in the chat log described in the Privacy Policy, for as long as needed for that.

6.2 Your responsibility. You are responsible for what you post. You must have the right to post it. Never post images, voice or details of another person without their consent, and never post anything that breaks the Haus rules, Discord's rules or the law.

6.3 Removal. Staff and mods may remove any post, at any time, to keep the Haus safe or to enforce the rules.

6.4 Reports. Report anything that breaks the rules or the law to a mod, or email hello@sirdominic.scot. Copyright holders who believe something here infringes their rights can use the same address.

7Roles and access

7.1 Verification. Verifying through the Website gives you the House Pig role, which opens the server. Your Discord account must meet the requirements shown when you verify.

7.2 Paid roles. Some roles come from a paid service, such as a Goonbate™ tier on Patreon. They are given and removed automatically, following that service. A role is part of that service, not something you own.

7.3 Changes. We may change, add, remove, rename or reorganise roles, channels and perks at any time.

8Moderation and what we can do

8.1 Action. If you break these Terms, the Haus rules or Discord's rules, or we reasonably believe you have, we may, depending on how serious it is:

8.2 Immediate action. We may act at once and without warning where that is needed to protect members, staff, Sir, our rights or anyone's safety, or to comply with the law. The rules above say which breaches mean immediate permanent removal.

8.3 Appeals. Appeals go to hello@sirdominic.scot, except for the permanent bans in Rule 12.

8.4 Contract and crime are different. Breaking these Terms is a breach of contract. It is not in itself a crime. Some conduct that breaks these Terms may also break the law, for example sharing CSAM, harassment or leaking private images, and that is a matter for the relevant authorities.

8.5 Paid services. Removal from the Haus can affect roles that come from paid services. Any refund is handled under that service's own terms.

9Hypnosis, kink and wellbeing

The Haus centres on erotic hypnosis and kink. None of it is therapy, medical treatment or advice. Never listen to hypnosis while driving, operating machinery or doing anything that needs your full attention. Never use it on another person without their informed, freely given and ongoing consent. You take part at your own risk.

10Provided as it is

10.1 No promises. The Haus, the Website and everything in them are provided as they are and as available. We may change them, pause them or close them at any time. As far as the law allows, we make no promise of any kind about them.

10.2 Other members. We are not responsible for what other members say, post or do, in the Haus or anywhere else.

10.3 Discord. The Haus depends on Discord, which we do not control. We are not responsible for Discord's availability, its decisions about your account or its handling of your data.

11Liability

11.1 No liability. As far as the law allows, we have no liability to you of any kind, however it arises, for anything connected with the Haus, the Website, other members or Discord. That includes any direct or indirect loss, damage, cost, injury to feelings, or loss of data, money or opportunity.

11.2 What the law does not let anyone exclude. Section 11.1 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law says cannot be excluded, and it does not take away any statutory right you have as a consumer. It applies to everything else.

11.3 Your responsibility for misuse. If you break these Terms and that causes us a claim, loss or expense, for example by leaking Sir's content, you may be responsible for the loss that results and for reasonable legal costs, as far as the law allows.

12Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and the Haus rules. The date at the top shows the current version, and significant changes are announced in the server. Staying in the Haus after a change means you accept it. If you do not, leave.

13General

13.1 Whole agreement. These Terms, including the Haus rules, together with the documents in section 1.4, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Haus.

13.2 If part is invalid. If a court decides any part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force, and that part applies to the greatest extent the law allows.

13.3 No waiver. If we do not enforce a rule straight away, we can still enforce it later.

13.4 Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to someone who takes over running the Haus. You may not transfer your membership, your roles or your access to anyone else.

13.5 Other people. Only you and we have rights under these Terms. No one else can enforce them.

13.6 Reading these Terms. Headings and "the short version" are for convenience and do not change the meaning. "Including" and "for example" mean without limitation. These Terms are written in English, and the English version is the one that applies.

14Complaints and the law

14.1 Talk to us first. Email hello@sirdominic.scot. We aim to reply within 14 days.

14.2 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the law of Scotland.

14.3 Courts. The courts of Glasgow, Scotland have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live. If you live outside the United Kingdom, you keep any protection the mandatory law of your country gives you.
